What happened to RED & UlpFec in Chrome?

I've noticed the SDPs for recent versions of Chrome no longer advertise RED or ULPFEC for video.

Does anyone know what happened to them? Is FEC still enabled for VP8?

Now:

a=rtpmap:100 VP8/90000

Then:

a=rtpmap:100 VP8/90000
a=rtpmap:101 red/90000
a=rtpmap:102 ulpfec/90000

It looks like maybe it's being removed intentionally in AppRTC:

Ah yes, an option was added in AppRTC to disable FEC (mainly for testing). But unintentionally, this option was enabled by default.

I fixed this recently, although the fix hasn't been pushed to production yet.

So just to clarify: this only affects AppRTC, and it should be fixed the next time AppRTC updates. In the meantime, if you add a GET parameter to the URL of "videofec=true", you should get the RED/ULPFEC codecs as expected.
