What sources are you getting your variations from?

I have recovered the index of variantbank (via the wayback macine) and can use this to access the underlying files. There will be some work in reassembling the website so if there are better resources, I would rather use them.

Several of the variants are from VDip: https://www.vdiplomacy.com VDip is still the best place to play online variants.

Some have been from other places, and some have just been invented for Diplicity.

If you want to have a go implementing any of the variants then let me know! There are plenty that would be easy to implement, but which didn't seem interesting to me (e.g. very minor tweaks to the standard game).
