Hi,

I have heard of the LinHT Project which is from the M17 Foundation. The LinHT aims to be a Software driven Handheld Transciever for 70cm.
I wonder wether the Performance, especially that of the "microNPU" is sufficient to run the RADEv1 Model.
Can someone here give an estimate about the feasibility of RADEv1 on the MCM-iMX93 ?

Hi Arne,

We haven't done any testing so we don't know for sure. However, in my experience, the FreeDV application works great on a Raspberry Pi 5 (and the Flex waveform works well on a Pi 4), so there's a reasonable chance of it working if the performance of that processor is similar to those generations of Raspberry Pi.

Thanks,

The important point here is that there hasn't been an NPU port. The LinHT processor module also contains a Mali GPU which will not be doing any graphics tasks.
