FreeDV 1.6.1 RC build

Hi all,

I have a release candidate build up at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/gfrszhss1htpzux/AABqezaHdni9yYJjrRHMkOeDa?dl=0. If there are no major issues, this should become the official 1.6.1 release.

Changes since the last build:

1. Resolves memory leak involving the most recent PSK Reporter changes.

2. Resolves crash on pushing Start when using single channel sound devices (e.g. Bluetooth headsets).

3. Suppresses unnecessary initialization on repeated stop/start cycles to avoid FreeDV changing the current VFO.

I haven't heard anything, so the 1.6.1 release is now official: https://github.com/drowe67/freedv-gui/releases/tag/v1.6.1. As always, please let me know if there are any issues.
