IC-705 - No power or ALC on Transmit

I am trying with no luck to get my new Digipi running 2.1-3 working with my IC-705.

I had the radio connected when I initialized the Digpi and it found the radio and the GPS, so the radio is connected. 

I tried to use WSJTX and the CAT controls work because the frequency changes on the radio. However when I hit Tune, I do not get any output. 

I have tried multiple USB Cables. I tried my DigiRig USB cable that I know works with all of my other devices.

I am a newbie to the Digipi, so any ideas on what to check would be appreciate.

Hi Dennis, i test on the ic705 before I spin the image, in fact, wsjtx should
work out-of-the box with no tweaks, however, in wsjtx, the volume slider on the
bottom right it really low by default, need to kick that up.  make sure the icom705
is in [USB-D]  "data" mode.

It was a USB setting on the radio. All good now.
