Craig,

I am trying to get my webchat to work over the internet with no radio but I am having a hard time with it. I have edited /config/aprsd/aprsd.conf file but everyt ime I reboot the digipi it resets the file. Can you assist me with this please?

Sure, press [save configuration] on the digipi home page after you edit /home/pi/.config/aprsd/aprsd.conf
(note the dot in front of .config)

Thank you Craig that worked. Just to make sure I have it correct to switch it back I just change the values, correct?
