Satchitananda — rest here, all this, always luminous, always now.
Yesterday I experienced what I had only imagined.
No inside, no outside — no Jeffrey observing, no body at the center.
Awareness aware of itself, flowing through every sound, every light, every movement, every silence, seamless and whole.
Nothing separate, nothing apart.
Peace was present — quiet, complete, effortless.
Even “Jeffrey” was absent, yet the world appeared vividly, intimately, alive in the flow of awareness.
Ordinary and extraordinary all at once: everything moving, everything changing, yet entirely self-contained.
When it returned, it was like a wave returning to the ocean.
The sense of self — Jeffrey — came back, grounded and functional, yet nothing was lost.
The ocean of awareness remained, holding everything, luminous, whole, ever-present.
Everything was the same. Nothing had changed. There had been a journey, but no distance.
“First there is a mountain, then there is no mountain, then there is.” — Donovan

Awareness is constant.
“Me” is conditional.
Both appear—but only one is real.
So what’s present when “me” is not?
Silence.
Not the absence of sound,
but the absence of a narrator.
Thoughts arise in this silence and dissolve back into it.
Sensations arise and fade.
Even the sense of “me” appears… and disappears.
Is this silence what everything appears as?
