DLL load failed

Hello Juan,

I have tried a lot of times but still failed to solve the problem. I don't know how install these dll files correctly.

P.S. I have installed anaconda and python 3.7 and the required packages numpy mkl sqlite.

I found that it works if I use Spyder. But if I use VS Code, there would be a error of "DLL load failed". I think maybe it's because i have something wrong with the setting of VS Code.

Hi,

VS Code is Anaconda aware.  I suggest making sure that it is using the environment matching the one you are using for Spyder.

I will change the windows.txt file to say that versions of Python 3.6 and higher are supported.  Python 3.8 is the newest version for Anaconda and will work with devsim.
