can someone with the powers please ban this person?

Can someone with the powers to ban please ban mirthcon...@gmail.com from sending to our list? Every time I go to ban and report spam for this person, it fails. I can only reject.

I don't think they're sending to this list - they're marked as requiring moderation for posts.

I got admin rights at some point when we had to recover the list through begging ex Google coworkers of mine.

I've just changed the permissions so managers of the group can manage members, so the moderation team can now ban people.
