Thanks Susan. I contacted RowCal and spoke to someone. I was told the gutters were serviced in July. But I also received an email stating the below. This is not correct right?

The work is secured/scheduled by the HOA and RowCal and then the cost is billed to each homeowner. Paul can you confirm this is still the process?

Yes, homeowners are billed when our rep Paul at RowCal arranges to have all of our gutters cleaned and inspected at the same time but certainly you can opt to additionally arrange to have your own gutters cleaned, checked or fixed at anytime - as ultimately the maintenance of the house gutters are the responsibility of the homeowner.

How can I get a copy of the inspection report? I don’t recall if we received it.
