Good Afternoon Neighbors,

I hope this email finds you all well.  For those I haven't had the chance to meet yet, my name is Basha Webster, and I am the newest homeowner at 7144. I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for such a warm welcome—it’s been wonderful getting to know a few of you already, and I’m really looking forward to becoming part of this great community.

Tomorrow @5pm, my family and I will be hosting a housewarming gathering, so you may notice a bit of extra traffic in the complex. I also want to extend an invitation to you and your families to stop by, say hello, and enjoy some good food and fellowship with us. 

I'm looking forward to getting to know more of you in the coming months and being part of what makes this neighborhood so special.

Unfortunately, we already have a prior commitment and will be out of town/unavailable this Saturday evening.

We look forward to meeting you soon! There was just talk at the last HOA meeting about organizing a holiday cookie exchange—we'll be sure to connect with you then!

Hi Basha,

Thank you for your warm greeting and invitation!  My husband, Andy, and I have a dinner to attend tomorrow night, but we look forward to meeting you soon.

I had a lady come by this morning to pick something up, and she said to me “I love your neighborhood…what a little gem!” It really is…I hope you enjoy living here as much as we do.

It was nice meeting you on that day you set foot here. I assure you you won’t regret having chosen to reside in this area.
