which reminded me that  I would like to give a BIG shot out to Ashley for her excellent weeding job on the border.  

Cannot speak for everyone, but for me I get a lift when I look out and see the border looking so well tended. It makes a big difference  to the tone of the parking lot, and by extension to   the whole property. 

I feel strongly that Ashley should be paid for her efforts. They were not half hearted. She did a meticulous job. The monarchs will attest to it  lol.   Could the board please get back to us on that.

I 100% agree! Amazing job and so much hard work put in! Appreciate it so much and would truly love to show our appreciation back to her in some way. I know she didn’t do it expecting anything, but that doesn’t take away from the blessing it is to all of us!!

Dear Ann,

As per your request, the Board was sent a proposal to review from Ashley to maintain the common growing areas that flank the parking lot. The Board is reviewing the proposal and along with Paul, will look at the HOA budget and make a recommendation for how we can proceed. 

Look for an email very soon, inviting everyone to our annual HOA Community Meeting which will be set for a Saturday in October at 10 AM. The Board should have the date fixed within the next couple of days.

At the meeting, we will welcome new neighbors who have moved in since last year, Paul (our property management company rep) will give us a report on the budget,  we'll discuss the Board's proposal recommendation/s regarding the landscaping, and other current issues.
