5 losses in a row as the Twins win 3-1.   That obviously sucks… Especially when you get swept by a division rival… but I think the extra layer of concern is it feels like a continuation of what we saw last September.

Swept on the road twice already. 2-8 in their last 10. Not exactly the feeling that they’ve turned the page on last fall. And especially in light of Harris not upgrading the team offensively in the off-season, other than McGonigle making the team.

Any chance the Tigers can get in on another opening day game? At least they’ve done well on opening days this year :-)

Roger, I was thinking the same thing earlier - RE: last September.

If my math is right, not counting post-season we're 5-21 over the last 26 regular season games.

4-9.   Hardly insurmountable, to say the least. Yet…

The Tigers were never 5 games under .500 at any point in 2025.

And just for fun, I looked up their record at the trade deadline in 2024 (July 30) when we all assumed the season was over and they were clearly sellers… before they went on that amazing run to make the playoffs…
They were 52-57.  Yep, just 5 games under .500.

I am not sure any of this means anything but just throwing it out there 😆

No panic yet, but it’s getting old seeing the offense struggle like it did in the 2nd half last year, and when we do hit the ball well it’s being caught.  The Tigers hit the ball hard today several times for outs or just missed being a homer.  Keith, McGonigle and Tork could have at least 2-3 homers this year if it weren't for a few inches
