Compact Vibratory feeder for CHMT36 and 48

Hello Everyone,

I created smart Vibratory feeder for My CHMT48, It only vibrate when component is picked up of when head is in close vicinity of it. I

can be mounted on left side, Right side or in center. operate on 12V DC supply. There is continues annoying vibration or hum.

I would appreciate feedbacks.

Curious how you determined the sizes for the tubes? Is there a standard for it? I tried searching but was not able to find anything.

There is small motor PIC processor and  VL53L0X Time-of-Flight  distance sensor. When head is with in range motor turns, turning cams that vibrates tubes.
