So today (12/12/2021) a new Manjaro XFCE *.iso torrent is released.
When I add it after downloading it from the Internet, and Deluge starts up
without the crash and runs as one would expect.
But still crashes when launched from the keyboard

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Deluge crashing. Did you try
downgrading pango version? Unfortunately I suspect that this is lower
level than the Python code so not fixable in Deluge.
