The resizable widgets borders are not changing mouse pointer shape. I
guess some libraries are missing. Kindly guide.

Still occurring in 2.1.1 (Flatpak). Expectation is that the cursor should
become a double-headed arrow.

I've switched to gnome sdk, now mouse pointer will show. It was
freedesktop sdk which can't handle gnome related deps.

Can confirm that this is fixed, however under Xfce I had to manually
select a different cursor theme because "Default" was not working for this
particular situation. From Xfce "Settings Manager" app:

Mouse and Touchpad > Theme > Adwaita

Noting that the "Preview" area in this window was empty when "Default" was
selected (however cursors were working as expected in all non-Flatpak
apps).
