I had my queue settings for Active Torrents at Total=100, Downloading=10,
Seeding=90. Running over an incoming RSS feed, it completely ignored this
and ended up with 110 active seeding torrents. I manually changed the
number of seeding torrents to 80. Now if I change the queue numbers to,
eg, Total=30, Downloading=10, Seeding=20, I end up with 50 seeding, and 28
queued. What is going on here?
