eigentools not parsing substitutions

Hi all,

It appears that the Eigenproblem object (from eigentools) can't parse substitutions passed to it in an EVP object. Attached is an example: I've just taken the example problem eigentools/examples/orr_sommerfeld.py and stuck part of one equation into a substitution. Fails on grid generation step with NameError: name 'resterm' is not defined.

Hi Susan,

It looks like the high-resolution problem builder in eigentools wasn’t copying over the substitutions from the original EVP.  I’ve put in a pull request to the eigentools package adding this in, which seems to make your script work on my laptop.
