Debezium for cloudsql postgres

Hi all,

Would like to ask if it is possible to setup debezium to work with a postgres instance managed by GCP (cloudsql)?

Hi,

Yes, Cloud SQL for Postgres has added support for logical decoding a while ago (https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/databases/you-can-now-use-cdc-from-cloudsql-for-postgresql). You can even install the decoderbufs plug-in, but simplest would be to just go with pgoutput.
