Help Needed with Implementing Thickness Inhomogeneity in deal.II Mesh

Dear All,

I am new to deal.II and need help with mesh creation. Specifically, I want to modify the geometry to account for thickness inhomogeneity along the direction using a cosine function, as described in the attached file.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at GridTools::transform(https://www.dealii.org/current/doxygen/deal.II/namespaceGridTools.html#a212e99cf0d923cebfa04f1d23fa60b04).
