Upcoming release and a call for last-minute patches and reports

We are in the process of preparing the next (9.2) release of deal.II: it should be done by the end of the month. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any unresolved issues with the master branch on GitHub or if you have unmerged patches which you believe should be added to the next release.
