LBM completed by dealii

hello everyone
I want to know if someone used dealii to complete LBM and compute the transform of fluids. I have seen an article（https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0021999101967919?via%3Dihub）to compute boltzman function by FEM.But in my opinion, it needs to solve nine functions if I want to use the D2Q9 model. Or if there is some codes that I can refer to LBM on github！thanks！
