The routine reference has a file/line reference that is totally off.

Victor,

It looks like you are mixing differen deal.II versions for the documentation and the source code. https://dealii.org/current/doxygen/deal.II/classPETScWrappers_1_1VectorBase.html is the link for the current development version (and mentions line 122).
