Save our common area and our rights

Dear Residents,
It has come to our knowledge from fully reliable sources that our common area is slowly being sold in the garb of car parking spaces and servant quarters. All common areas as has already been declared in the registration documents of DCWAOA with the Competent Authority, belong to our Association DCWAOA meaning all residents in general and cannot under any circumstances be sold. We residents are the owners of proportionate share of these common areas.
Request all residents to share information as may be available with them in this regard.
Also, requesting Board Managers to immediately look into this matter and forthwith approach the Competent Authority as also all other legal forums to put a stay on all transactions that may already have been initiated and those that may be initiated.
The rights of the residents need to be protected and onus lies on our Board Managers to ensure that our rights are not infringed upon.
An immediate action in this matter is called for.

This is a serious issue highlighted by Shri Navneet Jhunjhunwala. But the question is WHO is the Seller and WHO are the purchasers. Purchasers could be residents by logic of circumstances, although the possibility of rank outsiders cannot be ruled out. More importantly, the Seller has to be the legal owner of the property/land in question. The Board manages the collective ownership of the open spaces. They are not the owners , hence who can sell? Is it the Diamond Group. the erstwhile owners of the property? This needs to be looked into/ investigated. The Board Managers may like to closely look into this matter and respond.

The information as shared by you is very alarming and if 
it's true than its a total breach of trust and a very serious offence. 

Let all DCWians awake and rise to protect your rights.
The Board Managers must take cognizance of it and keep general residents informed. Its their duty to save DCW to protect from any malfunctioning.

Dear Mr Sen,

The questions raised by you in the trailing mail is  very much pertinent to the issue highlighted by Mr Navneet Jhunjhunwala. It's a serious matter of investigation as to:

1. How it is possible? 
2. Who can do it? If it is between 2 bonafide & legal owner of flats, it OK but if it is by an unauthorised seller, it's an illegal &  criminal offence. Both buyer & seller are induldging in an illegal activity. 

3. Our Association & it's Managers are not authorized to sell or rent out any common space of DCW to any resident in any circumstances. 

I frequent the President of WBAoA to investigate the matter and bring the facts before the General Residents ASAP. 

Hope, proper declaration of facts from the Office Bearers will be announced.

Hi everyone,
Could anyone please help me with the contact details of the owner of 11D in Tower 2?
We have serious water seepage issue originating in 11D which has cascaded down to my flat 9D via flat 10D.
The maintaine team told me the source of water leakage is in 11D but they could not visit the flat as it is currentky locked.
I will appreciate your help in this matter.
