It may be file not present in particular location or file permission issue. please check this condition. if you have the log file please share, it shows the actual problem.

sir, it may occur compression issue. please change this file based on your platform "libclib_jiio.so".

1. Linux 64 bit - use 64 bit of libclib_jiio.so file

2. Linux 32 bit, Windows 32 bit,Windows 64bit os with JDK 32 bit - use 32 bit of libclib_jiio.so file

3. Windows 64 bit with JDK 64 bit,MAC - change the line in this file "dcm4chee-wado-xmbean.xml" 

   this file present in  "....../server/default/conf/xmdesc/dcm4chee-wado-xmbean.xml"

check this condition if not working give the DICOM study and mention your OS,JDK,JBoss or other server details.

It is present inside your ".../dcm4chee-version/bin/native"  folder.
