Hi,
I'm installing dcm4chee 2.18.1 (MySQL) for the first time on Windows 7.

Apparently the run.jar and tools.jar files are missing from the source (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dcm4che/files/dcm4chee/2.18.1/)

Where can I get these files? Is it not needed?

These are the steps completed so far:
1 - create database
2 - verify connection pool (didn't change anything here)
3 - install JDK and set JAVA_HOME system virable
4 - Adjust the Java heap setting (didn't change anything here)

Pending:
Verify the Installation...
run.bat from cmd as administrator

C:\wipeout\dcm4chee\bin>run.bat

Press any key to continue . . .

NOTE: I can run mysql from any place in the command-line. Not sure why is says: "...is not recognized as command".

In the environment variable path for mysql there is an & symbol. So give the path within ""

Hello,
I've the same problem, but in linux (Ubuntu). I don't see the run.jar file is in DCM4CHEE-directory/bin.

In this version de dcm4chee (2.18.3) it is no longer need to download Jboss. it is included in the package DCM4CHEE, according with installations instructions.

Follow the installation document available under doc folder and you have to execute install_jboss.sh to copy JBoss installation files.

3. Move to the dcm4chee-2.17.4-xxx/bin directory and execute the
install_jboss.bat or install_jboss.sh script, as appropriate for your operating
system, with the path of your JBoss AS installation directory as parameter.
