Hello @all,

since our last upgrade to dcm4chee-arc-light we are using the /ui2 (J4care) admintool.
Unfortunately i do not find a way to move a study from one patient to another patient.
I can see buttons for:  edit, reject, export but there is no "move".
How should i proceed, any hints?

thanks in adavance for your time

In my case, I do something like this:

1) Activate toggle checkbox

When click it you can see a tool box on the left side (1) and some checkboxes on below side (2)

2) You have to select any study you want to move but be aware you can choose more than one, however, it merge into one study (more than one can become into just one) and click on the scissors icon (that's move option)

After that you can see a button on the right side

If you click it you can see the information

(this works in the same way when you want to copy an study into another patient)

3) Locate the patient you want to paste this information and, as you can see on the left side, there's one available option to select (1). On the right side keeps the same button from the previous step (2). In order to move, you must select the patient's name (3) to create a new entry from the previous patient information (If you select an study instead of the patient name, you will merge the previous study into the selected study)

4) Next click on the "clipboard" button to start "moving" information

5) In the next step you have to select the "rejected type" (2) option (it explains why you are going to reject this study from the selected patient in order to move it to another patient. This converts the previous study into a "KO" study but it'll be available on the new patient) and, finally, click on the "MOVE" button (3). After that, the moving process will start and you can check the study moved into the new patient.

I hope this can help :)

Now this sounds really complicated, i have to click on "toggle checkboxes" to unlock a hidden menu. ;-)
Is this some kind of "security feature" to prevent unwanted actions?

Anyway, thanks to your comprehensive HOWTO i managed to move the studies.

Big thanks to your quick help!
