If you are starting a new project I would recommend using dcm4chee Archive 5.

Hi fleetwoo,

Firstly thank you. I installed dcm4chee 2.18 vers. but i didnt create multiple clients. I want to 3 hospital in dcm4chee.  I want to create multiple clients or like pool and i followed these steps. But I still can't send patients to the clients I just created. Briefly I want to create 3 hospitals in one dcm4chee. Do you have any suggestions? I need the help

You can check for basic connectivity using the dcmecho tool. If that succeeds then you can look at the server.log for more information.
