Job: UltraViolet, Managing Dir. of Campaigns (Remote) -- $115-150k

Hi, I'm helping UltraViolet find a Managing Director of Campaigns to mentor, oversee and grow a team of digital-first email campaigners, provide strategic leadership for their campaigns, and serve as a leader in an organization working to build durable power for the gender justice movement.

This role would be a good fit for a skilled manager with deep expertise leading sophisticated digital-first email and earned media campaigns in an advocacy context, sharp strategic instincts and both a personal commitment to antiracist feminism and the ability to bring a strong antiracist and intersectional feminist lens to all aspects of their work.

The role is fully remote, in an all-remote organization, with a starting salary range of $115-135k or $130-150k, plus a home office stipend based on the cost of living in your location (see the note below about salary range).
