Hi all,

If you’ve dedicated your life to a campaign this year and are about to be out of work soon, we are here to help. In this movement, we take care of each other.

In past cycles, attempts to help people get jobs after the election have too often privileged the well-connected. This leaves far too many people unemployed for too long -- meaning that some of the most talented folks end up leaving this work for good.

That ends in 2020. We’re stepping up to democratize access to open tech, digital, and data jobs across the broader civic engagement space.

If you or someone you know will be looking for a job post-election, please send them to All Hands -- the talent matchmaker for democracy.

As part of our community, you’ll gain access to trainings, job opportunities, events and recruiters who will vouch for you where there are roles that are a strong fit.

Please spread the word about All Hands to anyone you know looking for their next big thing.

If you are an organization interested in hiring these folks and we haven’t talked yet - please reply to this email and we’ll get you looped in with our partnerships team.

In gratitude,

--
