Enriched is an educational talent hub that connects great people to over 30 great schools in Washington, DC. We are grounded in the belief that every minute in the classroom should be impactful and ignite creativity within our students.

We’re building our community of guest educators and hiring for positions including daily and long-term guest educators/substitute teachers, dedicated aides, teachers assistants, full-time teachers and more at our partner schools. We have both part-time and full-time opportunities and intentionally match our educators to roles that fit their interests, skills, and schedules.

What are the qualifications?

• Teaching or youth experience, urban school setting preferred

• Demonstrated success raising student achievement required

• Proven leadership accomplishments in creative and/or professional settings

• A belief that all children deserve a quality education and can achieve at the highest levels
