Color Of Change is hiring a full-time Sr., Campaign Manager, to join our Criminal Justice Team. This position is ideal for strong writers and communicators with strategic insight and previous digital campaigning and/or communications experience, as well as expertise in various criminal justice issues/policies. The right candidate will be committed to getting results in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle competing priorities. Sr. Campaign Managers are charged with developing short and long-term strategies and launching them into powerful campaigns that work to make a change in the daily lives of Black people. This position reports directly to the Campaign Director of the department and will work closely with team members throughout the organization to achieve Color Of Change’s mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES: To succeed as a Sr. Campaign Manager, we’ve identified four areas of responsibility -- grouped into Campaigns, Technology, Communications, and Management.
