About the Position:

CPD/A is seeking a self-starting and energetic Technology Manager to improve our overall technology infrastructure, administer key technology systems, train users, improve how users experience technology systems, manage our relationship with our outsourced IT provider, and work with our operations team to keep the day to day technology of our organization running smoothly. 

This role requires strong interpersonal, project management, and time management skills. The ideal candidate has past experience in Salesforce (highly preferred), EveryAction, Hustle, Zoom, Box, and Google Shared Drives, but training in some of these tools can be provided for the right person. This is a front-line position in a fast-changing organization, and the Technology Manager will need to be flexible, quick to adapt to change, and able to manage competing tasks.

The Technology Manager will report to the Director of Systems and Administration and will work closely with members of our newly formed technology and operations team and our outsourced IT provider. This is not a help desk position, but some direct support for staff tech needs (15% or less of your time) is required.
