WEPOWER is hiring for three critical leadership roles in order to re-think early childhood education, economic, health, and justice systems in St. Louis:

 

• Vice President of Development (remote welcome!)

• Senior Digital Director (remote welcome!)

• Director of Organizing & Campaigns 

 

These are dynamic opportunities for leaders ready to design new education and economic systems  by building power with Black and Latinx communities in St. Louis.

This team has had a number of victories, including engaging thousands to develop an Early Childhood education Playbook which reimagines St. Louis’ early childhood education (ECE) system, read by 4,000+ people and endorsed by 150+ organizations and leaders. WEPOWER has also supported its leaders with winning a ballot measure that now guarantees dedicated public funding for ECE for the first time in the history of St. Louis.
