Aurora is seeking its next Chief Operating Officer, Policy Director, and Development Director. 

The COO will oversee talent operations and performance management, ensure the organization’s budget and revenue strategies are aligned, and provide senior-level guidance and support to the CEO. The Policy Director will serve as the policy and advocacy lead providing strategic guidance, conducting policy analysis and overseeing the creation of new policy frameworks and reports, and leading the Aurora Center for Policy.  The Development Director will serve as the development lead to drive fundraising strategy and execution in partnership with the CEO and the Board of Directors, build and maintain strong relationships, and represent the organization externally.
