Hi all,

You guys are on this list to get the Save the Date Info out, and to let Ang, Shannon and me know what other information needs to be put in place.

The date and location have been set:

9/19 at Slash X - 28040 Barstow Rd., Barstow CA 92311

It will be a late afternoon/early evening ceremony - we will update this information when a time is set.  We're thinking of somewhere between 6pm - 7pm.  Any thoughts?  I'm hoping it will cool off some and it will give everyone a chance to eat before the ceremony.

Anyone wanting to spend the night, may contact Slash X at 760-252-1197 or stay in one of the many hotels in Barstow

Food available at Slash X and bring your own chair(s) to make sure we have enough seating.

Suzy has not received this information - she should have it by Monday

I have the name of the Chaplin/Preacher that Slash X has used.  I will contact him on Monday to see if he is available and if there is a cost.

I'm thinking we could use EZ Ups. I'm going to see if I can get some chairs and 3 large ice chest.  I will supply water

Let us know if there is anything else we should be thinking about.

We will have some expenses, if any club members want to donate to that, proceeds after expenses will go to the foundation.
