What's mean this part of User guide at Dataverse Project

Hello all, I don't mean this part of the User Guide,

Currently, the ability to link a dataverse to another dataverse or a dataset to a dataverse is a super user only feature.

If you need to have a dataverse or dataset linked in the Harvard Dataverse installation

It means linking to harvard's page

You're right. The User Guide shouldn't mention Harvard Dataverse or the Harvard Dataverse support address there. I created an issue: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/4081
