Dataverse Community Meeting 2017 #dataverse2017

Hi everyone,

The Dataverse Team at IQSS is excited to announce the third annual Dataverse Community Meeting! The meeting will take place at the Tsai Auditorium on Harvard’s University’s campus in Cambridge, MA on June 14th, 15th, and 16th. Please note that proposals are due by April 15th!

#dataverse2017 will allow members of our community to explore how Dataverse continues to grow as an integral part of the data lifecycle, with talks that include a broad range of topics: managing data with Dataverse institutional data repositories, supporting large scale data, integrating data sharing with computing and with tools that help reproducible research, and connecting data to scholarly and other research outputs.

Thanks both for bringing this up. Last year, we were able to at least record selected presentations and make them available after the meeting. I'll see what the A/V situation is in our location this year.

Eugene, Steve, I haven't forgotten about your question. We're working with the A/V team to make something available, but I don't have specifics yet.

Sorry for this late update: We won't be able to stream/record sessions this year, but we will be posting slides and community notes on the conference website, and of course encourage folks to tweet. :)
