Harvesting client - "/oai/request: Invalid URL. Failed to establish connection and receive a valid server response. "

I am trying to migrate datasets from a dataverse instance (dados-testing.ipb.pt) to another dataverse instance (dados.ipb.pt).

The original dataverse fqdn is 'dados-testing.ipb.pt'.

When I fulfil the field 'Server URL' in harvesting client, with 'https://dados-testing.ipb.pt/oai' or 'https://dados-testing.ipb.pt/oai/request',  I get the error" https://dados-testing.ipb.pt/oai/request: Invalid URL. Failed to establish connection and receive a valid server response. ".

What is the problem with Harvesting client URL?

In Firefox I see SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN for https://dados-testing.ipb.pt/oai so perhaps it needs a valid cert.

Can you please tell us what it says in server.log?

Good morning dear.
We performed the tests successfully, using /hs/handle-9.0.3/bin/hdl-genericbatch /hs/cmd/cmd.handle
However when I try to publish the dataset , using  my Dataverse (https://h-rdp.unifesp.br), version  v. 4.8.6 build 146-874a944

I get the message:

 Can't load private key in /hs/svr_1/admpriv.bin: HandleException (INVALID_VALUE) Unknown encryption type code: 2]]
