Assigning a role through dashboard

Hi, from the guide, I understand that roles can be assigned through the API.
However, I was wondering whether there is any way to assign roles through the dashboard UI?
Also, how do I setup a default role to anyone who signs up?

Hi! I'm a little confused by the question. We usually reserve the term "dashboard" to mean the superuser dashboard. No, you can't assign roles or set the default role with the superuser dashboard.

However, you can assign roles through the normal UI. Here's how from the collection/dataverse level: https://guides.dataverse.org/en/5.12.1/user/dataverse-management.html#assigning-roles-to-users-and-groups
