API query returns error 503

Hi! We have installed TwoRavens and Data Explorer on our Dataverse but we have issues visualizing the data, when I check the log files I see an error with Rserve:

And when I check the browser's console I see this error.

This only happened when accessing the API through the URL because if I do a curl -i http://localhost.... I get the correct results. Is it something with Rserve or the API?

Well, "Connection refused" usually means that Rserve is down. I assume that you followed http://guides.dataverse.org/en/4.14/installation/prerequisites.html#rserve to install it. Did anything go wrong during the installation? If it helps installing Rserve is supported by https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-ansible

I'm not sure if the other "prep" format error is related or not. Are you able to publish a dataset with a tabular file in that test installation? Maybe that one with a database id of 6?

The problem was due to files being stored local and with Amazon S3 Storage, on our first install we were running everything on a local server but a few weeks ago we moved to s3 storage, the file I was trying to access was on a file uploaded before s3 storage, the files uploaded with on s3 storage work well. Thank you for your response!
