How to load new licenses?

Hello everyone,

I was checking the docs on Configuring Licenses however, I realized the docs have no API commands to follow to actually load these new licenses, or maybe it's just me that is looking at the wrong place! I see there's a license table with the current licenses in postgres but I think there must be non-manual way to add a new record here. The json is already at the /scripts/licenses folder but obviously this is not enough, so I'm lost on how to proceed. I'm in a 6.6 installation.

It's linked under "Setting the Default License" and "Adding Licenses" headings, but it's easy to miss.
