MRT - QNR Error

Hello, I have a question about a result and would appreciate your opinion if possible. The Seagate hard drive recognizes the information but cannot access the data, giving this error: QNR Boot: Interface Reset Received.

I haven't opened the hard drive for internal inspection yet.

Is the HDD still spinning well? or after few second spin down?

did you use unlock rom or original rom?

Did you test with virtual start?

This error occurs when the ROM is not the original one; perhaps you are using a jailbroken ROM. There is a workaround using virtual start or by using or reflashing the original ROM.

Hi Abdur, thanks for the feedback.

Yes, the hard drive continues to spin normally.

The PCB and ROM are original.

I couldn't get the virtual boot to work, nor was I able to map the heads.

I don't know the messages from MRT, we have one MRT but we don't use it

What do you see in terminal prior to the QNR errors? Do you see any "signature" errors?
