In my experience Rosewood heads don't respond to stiction removal like others.
Have you changed the heads yet?

You need to inspect those platters first because there is a change that the platters got scratched before the everything got to it sudden stop on the platters. Sometime we are very lucky that after a head swap on these models the drive will make load noises and after some time it gets ready and gets quite not sure why but data can be extracted, but any platter damage you have very little luck

hi friends, this hd arrived it suffered a fall and its head was locked on the platter, the safe removal of the platter head was done, when turning on the disk spins it recognizes and then via the servo error terminal rebuilding the translator automatically and strong clicks.
I checked the bios and it has an error, does anyone know how to fix these BAD errors and how to fix it

That ROM report is normal for a Rosewood AF. Doesn’t look like there is anything wrong with it AFAICT but Franc may have an opinion. I agree with what has been said, removing heads from Rosewood platters very rarely works. Here is something I found. If you take a set of good Rosewood heads and let the heads come together ie do not use a head tool. The heads stick together and cannot be separated safely. If ever head react like this, the drive family is not a good candidate for using the same heads after stiction. Just my opinion.
