For honest and genuine sale is the above complete setup in a dedicated peli case with main unit, accessories, software licencing (including DE RAID and SSD Extended) and documentation.

This was purchased in order to fulfil an anticipated demand from a client with regard to nVME/PCIe M.2 SSD data recovery.  Regrettably, the purchase we made with Ace Lab through our UK reseller took so long to complete (nearly three months) that our client unfortunately took this particular aspect of their business with us elsewhere.

The whole setup has not been registered with Ace Lab and is no longer required, as we have decided not to support PCIe SSDs.  Therefore, once registered with Ace Lab, the package will include one year of full Technical Support and software updates.

I am more than happy to provide pictures of the hardware and manuals but I will not be disclosing any serial number(s) for obvious reasons.

Our company paid just over 13,000 GBP and I welcome any reasonable offers that take into the account the information provided above.

A UK buyer is our preferred option and we are more than happy to cover all postage and insurance costs.

Check with ACE, but they normally insist on two things. The seller can only sell in their own country and the buyer needs to buy 1 years technical support, regardless of if the unit has been registered or not.

Good day to you all,

I sincerely apologise for the delay in responding to the 'feedback' and comments that my post has received.

Rest assured, I am not a scammer looking to fool anyone.

The environment in which I work is UK Government and as such, we are severely limited with regard to which UK resellers we may work with.  This resulted in a complex and long winded purchase of the PC-3000 Portable Ultimate system.  It was not in stock for about a month and then the payment needed to be made in full before Ace Lab would release the hardware to us.  Therefore, on this occasion, we had to make a payment up front rather than upon receipt of our order - something we would never normally do.

The product I have for sale is absolutely genuine and brand new.  It has not yet been registered with Ace Lab and therefore the Tech Support contract is yet to begin.  I am more than happy for any potential buyer to make enquires directly with Ace Lab and if it transpires that Tech Support does need to be purchased again under their rules of transfer, I will happily reduce the agreed purchase price accordingly.  If it also is the case that my hardware must be sold on to a UK buyer, I have no issues with that at all.

So the UK Government purchased it, but your selling it personally? Really does not add up I'm afraid.
