Hi my friends, I have this WD WD20SDRW-11VUUS1 with PCB usb board 2060-800067-001 REV P1, it has a failure in the PCB on the usb I think it was cracked, when I press the USB by hand it turned on the led turns ...

Do you have a 800065 SATA PCB so you can at least check if its head failure. You won’t be able to access data as the encryption is in the USB MCU.

Unfortunately Juan this particular drive has encryption in the USB PCB MCU. So just swapping the ROM will not work, you need to swap the MCU as well. So fixing the original PCB is the best initial course of action.

I fixed many of these models with the same problem, if heads is good just swap ROM to the same USB pcb no need to hunt for a expensive Sata pcb if you dont need it.

hi my friends, I tested the fuse and diodes and re-soldered them but even so the board did not turn on and apparently the electronic components are good to see that on the usb input side of the board it was breaking and closing short remove the solder on one side of the usb pins and I did the test making a connection between the broken part and the tip of the multimeter follow the photos and videos, I have SATA unlocker 800065 PCB card
i need the rom unlocked, the voltages found on the fuses and diodes above 5v on the diodes on the bottom +16V and -16V

I made a connection in the place connected to the two points of the PCB, it lit up at first, but it stays with it in place and turns and clicks for 3 seconds and stops rotating.

The transistor is merely an LED driver. When the collector voltage is low, the LED is on.I don't understand where you are measuring +16V and -16V. Are you referring to the two diodes adjacent to the 470uH coil near the motor contacts? If so, then these voltages are as expected. I suspect they are the supply voltages for the piezoelectric microactuator.
