Its normally the cache which is the issue in Optane. I presuming you can see the main partition via an SSD adapter? If you do have an Optane ready motherboard capable of supporting bifurcation, set it in the BIOS. This is best done outside of your laptop environment.
You can assemble both images with UFS. They have a blog post about it.
However if its BL encrypted, UFS has issues with it.
So combines the two SSD parts into one image and load that image into R-Studio.
You should see the BL partition.
