First unlock the ROM.
Then check if the ROM SN matches the drive.
Then backup critical SA files via terminal.
Most likely this is a translator (28) and/or MCMT (448) issue.

This is normally an easy job by reading the ROM and create an Un lock Rom and write that back, if that works then Ctr Z and clear the NG List and rebuild Translator if needed.
