ihave 1 seagate st5000lm000 P/N 2U8170 5TB usb hdd

in MRT it gets detected and famile selected auto detection.

but rom unlock fails

i can enter terminal mode in F3T but says diagnostic port locked

rom unlock gives errors

please find attached details

i read read the rom with external reader 

because MRT cant read rom also

Read with a programmer.

Load the ROM to MRT, unlock it.

Save the ROM.

Program the ROM with the unlocked ROM.

Looks like MRT is trying to read the ROM from the PCB as its entering BootCode.

So just to be clear.

You have uploaded the ROM dump to MRT and unlocked it.

Did that bit work?

No sir while unlocking rom it goes into boot code mode automatically.

And while using edit rom feature 

I upload the room from file and then pathed unlock .

But unlock fails

Your two ROM dumps are identical. What are they supposed to be?

Sir I read it twice and saved it so that if there is some problem while reading with programmer I can check both the copies
