Crop Yield Datasets for India

Dear Datameet team,

I have just started a new project for tracking Crop Yields in Indian States.

Request you all to guide me so that I can gather statewise Crop Yield Datasets.

Mainly looking at these metrics: Temperature, Humidity, Soil_moisture, Crop yield.

Any repositories or apis where this is available?
